Client cancellations

Ticket bookers who can no longer attend a concert can exchange their tickets for another performance or for credit giving no less than 3 working days’ notice from the date of the event. Credit is valid for 18 months.

Please note before booking that we do not offer refunds.

You can also exchange your tickets for a gift card for other attendees. Get in touch with us for options.

Concert cancellations

We provide full refund or credit notes for concerts that have to be cancelled by us.

Change of artists

Due to the nature of international travel, unexpected illness or other unforeseeable events that might affect their performance schedule, artists sometime have to cancel their concerts with us. We take every step to replace cancellations with programmes and artists as similar as possible but cannot always guarantee it. We provide full refunds or credit notes for concerts that have to be cancelled and for which no replacement artists can be found.
